VastPCC (“VastPCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Terms & Conditions agreement (“Agreement”) to outline the rules and obligations governing your use of our website https://vastpcc.com and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement.

Provide technical data or designs restricted under export control regulations;
Use our Services in relation to weapons, illegal products, or prohibited activities;
Violate intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights of others.

VastPCC reserves the right to refuse, remove, or terminate Services if we determine that your activity violates these rules.

V. Intellectual Property

All materials on our website, including text, images, designs, graphics, and technical resources, are owned or licensed by VastPCC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any technical data, drawings, or documents you provide to us for production purposes. VastPCC will use such materials solely for fulfilling your order and will not disclose them without your written consent, unless required by law.

VI. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted based on order specifications and may change depending on material, design, or processing requirements.
Payment must be made in the agreed currency (e.g., USD, CNY) using accepted payment methods communicated by VastPCC.
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and verification of technical documents.

VastPCC is not responsible for typographical errors or incorrect pricing submitted through the website or by third-party agents.

VII. Delivery and Risk of Loss

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to production or logistical factors.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for handling customs duties, taxes, and import compliance in their country.

VIII. Returns and Refunds

Because VastPCC specializes in customized precision components, returns are not accepted except in cases of verified quality defects attributable to us.

If you believe your order contains defects, you must notify us promptly with supporting evidence (e.g., photos, inspection reports). Upon verification, VastPCC may issue a replacement or partial refund at its discretion.

IX. Confidentiality

Both parties must treat all technical, business, and contractual information received in the course of cooperation as confidential, unless such information is publicly available or authorized for disclosure by the owner.

X. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

VastPCC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational harm.
Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the value paid for the specific goods or services giving rise to the claim.

XI. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to arbitration in Qingdao, China, in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English or Chinese.

XII. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and VastPCC regarding use of our Services.
